Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Silvalíe is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, shipping timelines are outside our direct control.
