If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one product per customer and household.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Order number must be provided

  • Product may be opened for first-order satisfaction guarantee claims

  • Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Approved claims may receive:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Additional subscription rebills after the initial purchase

  • Multiple opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products intentionally damaged or misused

  • Orders flagged for abuse, fraud, or excessive refund activity

For safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not require supplement products to be physically returned.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
